These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Whiteboard Kids-Kids Drawing & Color Fill Game app ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

• Use the App for personal, family fun and learning.
• Draw, color, and save your child's creations for personal use.
• Share your little artist's masterpieces with family and friends.

To keep the App safe and fun for everyone, you agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
• Use the App's artwork, coloring pages, or other content for commercial purposes.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

The App-including its design, artwork, coloring pages, sounds, and code-is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Drawings and colorings your child creates in the App belong to your family-save them, print them, stick them on the fridge! 🖼️

We do not collect personal information from children, and the App shows no third-party advertisements. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn how we protect your little artist's privacy-it forms part of these Terms.

We're always improving the App with new tools, coloring pages, and features. Updates may be provided from time to time, and some features may be added, changed, or removed.

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available".
• We may suspend or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time.
• We recommend keeping the App updated to the latest version for the best experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made:

• The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
• Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
