These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your download and use of Farm Blast ("the App"). By installing or playing the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own entertainment. This license is subject to these Terms and to Apple's App Store terms.

What you may not do

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App in any unlawful way or to harm others.
• Exploit bugs or use automation to gain an unfair advantage.

Virtual items and coins

Coins, hearts, cosmetics and other in-game items are virtual features with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, are not refundable except where required by law, and may be adjusted, rebalanced or discontinued as the game evolves. Deleting the App may permanently remove locally stored progress and virtual items.

Advertising

The App is free to play and supported by advertising, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game bonuses. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for it.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.

Intellectual property

The App, including its design, artwork, characters, code and name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
