The game feels slow or stutters

Close other apps running in the background and make sure your device has free storage. Restarting the App resolves most one-off hiccups.

I lost my progress

Progress is stored on your device. Deleting the App also deletes its save data, so avoid uninstalling if you want to keep your worlds, stars and Farmpedia.

I ran out of hearts

Hearts refill automatically over time - one heart every 30 minutes, up to five. You can also refill instantly with coins earned in the game.

A rewarded ad didn't grant my bonus

Rewarded ads need a working internet connection to complete. If a reward ever fails to arrive, email us with the approximate time it happened and we'll look into it.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

We love both. Send bugs and ideas to the email above - new worlds, twists and cosmetics are planned in free updates, and player suggestions genuinely shape what we build next.
